These are my personal opinions to simply assist REAL people in selecting a good smoke. It's getting harder and harder to find a decent cigar at an affordable price, with it being "en vogue" to be seen with a cigar in your hand. It pisses me off to see some "kid" holding a cigar at a restaurant, (not even lit, because it would probably make this whimp as sick as a dog to smoke it) knowing that people like him are the reason that my favorite cigar has gone from $4.00 to $11.89 per!
Thanks for letting me vent. Here we go...
First of all, in my opinion, anything that says "Cuesta Rey" is worth the price you'll pay for it.
I use a rating system of 1-10. 10 being best and 1 being a dog turd rolled
in a wet newspaper. That being what it is, I would recommend not buying anything
below a 7.

Easy light. Excellent, spice and earthy blend, full-bodied smoke. Slight leathery leaning to cedar finish. Though I usually like a smoother smoke, this one very nice. |

I'm not crazy about Nicaraguan tobacco, but this cigar has rich flavors of cocoa and cedar. There is an, earthy/peppery, aftertaste. Inconsistent flavors, but a very fine smoke. |
